By visiting our website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website.

2. Products

All items available for purchase on our site are hand-painted, unique, and one-of-a-kind. Due to their personalized nature, no two items will be exactly the same. Please note that there may be slight variations in color and design from what appears on your screen due to different monitor settings.

3. Order and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information required for the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or issues with payment.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept a wide variety of payments e.g., credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, etc.].

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within 5-8 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer.  Please note shipping for custom orders applies after the product has been completed.

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Any issues related to shipping should be handled directly with the carrier.

5. No Return & Exchange Policy

Because our items are hand-painted and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please ensure that you have reviewed your order carefully before making a purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or repair depending on the case.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in US Dollars, and may be subject to change without notice. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing and availability information, we cannot guarantee that all details are completely accurate. In the event of an error in pricing or availability, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, are the property of SG Artistry. You may not use any content without our express written permission.
