Thank you for shopping with SG Artistry. We take pride in creating hand-painted, one-of-a-kind pieces, and we want to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for details regarding processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. As each item is hand-painted and unique, please allow time for careful packaging and preparation.
Note: Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or special promotions. If there will be a delay beyond the typical processing time, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
Please note that these times are estimates and can vary based on the shipping carrier and the destination.
3. Domestic Shipping

4. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
5. Order Tracking

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sgartistry.sonja@gmail.com so we can attempt to correct it before your order ships.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged during transit or if it is lost, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item (or expected delivery date for lost packages).
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier or offering a replacement (depending on availability).
8. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders Only)
For international shipments, please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply when your package reaches your country. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs regulations vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on what fees may apply.
9. Delays
While we strive to ship all orders in a timely manner, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external factors, but we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
10. Returns & Exchanges
